Meet the people behind CPAC!
Our volunteer Board of Trustees works together to support the Cambridge Performing Arts Centre, our productions, and our mission to bring live theatre and performing arts opportunities to our community.
Jennifer Tanner
President
Jennifer Tanner serves as President of the Cambridge Performing Arts Center Board of Trustees. A Mortgage Processing Manager at Peoples Bank and co-owner of Inner Golf Links with her husband, Jeremy, Jennifer brings extensive leadership, business, and community engagement experience to CPAC.
Jennifer's CPAC journey began when her niece auditioned for Frozen Jr., and she quickly fell in love with the theater. Since then, she has become deeply involved behind the scenes, including producing and directing The Rainbow Fish. Jennifer believes theater builds confidence, strengthens communication skills, and brings people together. A lifelong Cambridge resident, she also serves as Secretary for Dickens Victorian Village and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and volunteering in the community.
Katie Warne
Vice President & Secretary
Katie Warne serves as Vice President and Secretary of the Cambridge Performing Arts Center Board of Trustees. She works as a Clerk for the Guernsey County Water & Sewer Department and brings experience in finance, administration, customer service, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, marketing, and event planning.
Katie's CPAC journey began when her daughter was cast in Frozen Jr., and theater soon became a family affair. Katie has since appeared onstage in several CPAC productions herself. She believes theater should provide a welcoming place where people can express themselves, build confidence, discover their talents, and find a sense of belonging. Outside of CPAC, Katie serves as Treasurer for Cambridge Main Street and Fundraising Chair for the East Muskingum Band Boosters.

Debi DiVenti
Trustee
Holly Smith serves as Treasurer of the Cambridge Performing Arts Center Board of Trustees and is involved with the Board Development, Finance, Programming, and General Fundraising Committees. She works as Operations Coordinator at Columbia Packaging and brings a diverse background in customer service, city government, accounting, hospitality, and sales.
Holly's connection to CPAC began when her daughter appeared in The Lion King Jr. at just six years old. Watching her daughter grow through theater inspired Holly to become more involved herself. She believes the arts build confidence, leadership, communication skills, and, most importantly, a place to belong. Holly also volunteers with Cambridge Main Street's Day of Enchantment Committee and enjoys sharing her love of musicals with her family.
Debi DiVenti serves as a Trustee on the Cambridge Performing Arts Center Board of Trustees and is a member of the Lobby & Historical and Programming & Production Committees. Retired from the Social Security Administration, Debi has been involved in the performing arts since childhood. Her experience includes singing with choirs and bands, museum docent work, producing theater workshops, and helping lead theater groups for hearing-impaired performers.
Debi's CPAC journey began when a board member encouraged her to audition for Nunsense—and she was hooked. She especially enjoys watching young performers grow from their very first audition through future productions. Debi believes live theater gives performers and audiences alike the chance to experience different perspectives and escape everyday reality for a little while.
Beth Alloway
Trustee
Beth Alloway serves as a Trustee on the Cambridge Performing Arts Center Board of Trustees. A high school English teacher at Caldwell High School for more than 20 years, Beth brings experience in education, drama direction, student leadership, and the performing arts.
Beth became involved with CPAC when her oldest daughter was cast in Beauty and the Beast. With a background that includes theater, directing, public speaking, and dance, Beth understands firsthand the confidence and sense of belonging the arts can provide. She is passionate about helping CPAC offer those same opportunities to others, especially young performers. Originally from Cuyahoga Falls, Beth has called Cambridge home for more than two decades and enjoys reading, crocheting, needlework, and spending time with her family.
